USACTC Coton Health Incentive Program

Coton Health Incentive Program (CHIP)

The United States of America Coton de Tulear Club is devoted to the health and well-being of all Cotons. We have initiated a program, CHIP, to help our members defray the costs when they choose to participate in the Canine Health Information Center testing.

USACTC has allotted a reimbursement total of $1500 for the year 2008. We will reimburse our members$10.00 per test up to the limit of our budgeted total.  Our club is doing this reimbursement program to encourage members to participate in health testing so that we will have a broad base of health tested individuals.

These health tests are not limited to show or breeding Cotons. CHIP is available to any USACTC registered Coton. It is very important that all Cotons are health tested, including companions. The greatest method of protection of the Coton is establishing a broad base of health testing results in order to guide us in the future of producing happy, healthy Cotons.
